OTHER FORMS OF INSURANCE:
If you have a form of insurance other than Blue Cross Blue Shield, you may be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance company out-of-network mental health services are covered. Our clinicians will provide a receipt listing diagnosis and procedure codes. If your insurance does cover out-of-network mental health services, you can then submit a receipt directly to your insurance company requesting reimbursement.

SELF-PAY THERAPY RATES:
Although Anan & Sunwoo is in network with BCBS, you may choose not to file a claim through insurance. We offer self-pay rates allowing you to privately pay, thus providing you with more control and flexibility around your therapeutic experience. Please contact our office for rates for self-pay.
